A versatile, professional tool for removing tough, stuck-on food and sticky residue from food prep surfaces, hobs and stainless steel equipment.

For scraping dried, burnt, or sticky food and ingredients from worktops, pans and machinery.

For removing tough substances that would clog traditional brushes, like hardened sugar or chocolate.

Features a flexible stainless steel blade with protective rounded edges to scrape effectively without damaging surfaces like stainless steel or glass.

Made from food-grade materials (LDPE).

Ergonomic handle with a finger rest provides control, comfort and reduces slipping – making it great for tight spots. 

Available in multiple colours for area segregation (HACCP). Autoclavable up to 121°C.

Ideal for commercial kitchens, food processing plants, conveyor belts, tables, hobs, ovens, stainless steel equipment and also for removing paint or old coatings.
