VIKAN PP Hand Scraper 102mm

The VIKAN hand scraper is a versatile tool for food service and production, used for cleaning all kinds of kitchen food preparation surfaces – lifting tough, dried-on food, dough, sugar or burnt-on messes from countertops, tables and large equipment.

Polypropylene construction prevents scratching sensitive equipment and complies with food safety regulations (EC 1935/2004, FDA approved).

Ergonomically designed for extra comfort.

Autoclavable – can withstand high temperatures (up to 121°C) for sterilization. 

Available in different colours to prevent cross-contamination in various zones.
