Description
Very thin and soft bristles allow easy application of egg wash, glazes or icing evenly to pastries, cakes and breads.
Also for spreading egg wash on breads and pastries to give them a golden-brown finish.
Can also be used for detail cleaning – thin bristles are effective for cleaning hard-to-reach areas or for general detail cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment.
