VIKAN White Polyamide Mixer Ø31mm

The VIKAN white polyamide mixer is a hygienic utensil primarily designed for stirring food ingredients and mixing sauces, soups, purées and viscous liquids in large pots and vats.

Polyamide material is heat-resistant up to 170°C (338°F) – suitable for mixing hot products during cooking and for easy cleaning and sterilization in dishwashers (max 93°C) and autoclaves (121°C). 

Designed for use in the food and beverage sector, kitchens, restaurants and other hygiene-sensitive environments.

Meets stringent food contact safety standards, including FDA and EU regulations.
