Its primary function is to scrape and remove hardened or caked-on substances from various food-contact surfaces, like worktops, machines and hobs.

Made from metal-detectable material, which can be tested with VIKAN test kit, product no. 11113 prior to use.

The blade is sharpened on both sides for extended life and is suitable for humid environments.
