Description
These professional-grade muffin moulds by PUJADAS are designed for high versatility in both hot and cold culinary applications.
Offers a temperature range of -95° to 230°C (-140°F to 446°F) for both freezer and oven applications.
Made of 100% silicone to ensure flexibility and easy removal.
Designed specifically for freezing, these moulds are also oven-safe, so they can be used to bake muffins, cupcakes, individual desserts, petits fours, form chocolates and creating frozen delicacies, such as ice cream cakes, mousse or jellies.
The 600 × 400mm size fits standard commercial ovens.
Available in 6 (Ø70 × 37mm) and 11 (Ø50 × 28mm) muffins.
The red colour can be incorporated into your HACCP program to promote food safety.
Dishwasher-safe.
