These round cake moulds are made of strong, yet lightweight, aluminium and feature a detachable base and adjustable, locking side ring – which allow the user to remove the sides of the mould without inverting the cake – leaving the base intact.

The sides are held together with an interlocking band that can be opened and removed once your baked good is out of the oven, leaving your cake on the base.
