PUJADAS GN 1/1 SS Drain Plate For Food Pan

This perforated bottom or drain plate by PUJADAS acts as a false bottom to separate food from excess liquids, fats or condensation.

Made with 18/10 stainless steel – the perfect companion to your 1/1-size GastroNorm steam table pan.

Features perforations that allow excess liquid to drain away – preventing soggy or oversaturated foods. Used in chafing dishes to drain excess water from steamed vegetables or grease from meats, ensuring food maintains better texture and appearance. Also acts as a drain tray for thawing frozen products (e.g., meat, fish), separating the food from the melted water to ensure hygiene and food safety.

Added height improves visibility and makes food items easier to reach.

Heat-resistant: ideal for hot and cold foods.

Finger holes at each end for easy of placement and removal of the drain plate from the food pan (sold separately).
