Body is made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel with Excalibur non-stick coating treatment.
Excalibur is an externally reinforced and the most wear-resistant coating, by combining tough PTFE-rich coatings with stainless-steel alloy reinforcement. The coating is micro-bonded to the pan creating a multi-layer surface – offering superior wear resistance compared to standard non-stick pans.
The Excalibur non-stick coating ensures a smooth release and quick cleaning all day long. Ideal for cooking items that easily stick, such as eggs (omelettes, sunny-side up), fish and delicate sauces.
Sandwich base with an aluminium core provides fast and even heat distribution.
Satin finish creates a sleek appearance and hides signs of wear.
