A versatile, mid-sized, shallow cooking pot designed to combine the searing capabilities of a skillet with the slow-cooking functionality of a casserole dish.

Ideal for searing proteins like chicken thighs, short ribs or pork chops to a golden brown, then adding a small amount of liquid (stock, wine) to simmer slowly over low heat.

For creating all-in-one dishes, such as risotto, curry, chicken cacciatore or chilli – because it can brown, simmer and serve directly from the same vessel.

The wide, shallow surface area is excellent for sautéing vegetables, onions or garlic and searing meat before adding liquids, allowing for effective browning without overcrowding.
