DIVERSEY J-512 Food-Safe Surface Sanitiser is used for sanitising pre-cleaned food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment in food service settings like restaurant, bars and dairies.

Use on surfaces like countertops, cutting boards and tanks after they have been cleaned and rinsed. 

Can be applied by spraying or immersion (after pre-cleaning and rinsing surfaces) – which effectively kills bacteria – and is allowed to air-dry.

Also for soaking utensils like drinking glasses and eating utensils in a commercial sink to sanitise them.
