Blade is forged and polished, made of  X50CrMoV15 carbon steel alloy for retained sharpness and corrosion-resistance, cutting edge checked by laser.

Long, thin and sharp blade is perfect for creating wafer-thin slices of meat, ham and roast, while the SaniGrip handle provides a soft, ergonomic grip for smooth and precise cutting and reducing hand fatigue during prolonged use. Safety due to finger protection and thumb support as well as rounded knife backs.
