Hard-wearing wood handle with three fill materials:

– Stainless steel for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures – ideal for tough, aggressive cleaning jobs. Highly effective for stripping away old paint, flaking paint, rust, dirt and scale from metal surfaces. Also used to prepare metal surfaces for painting, welding or sealing by roughing them up to ensure proper adhesion. Best for use on carbon steel, iron and other ferrous metals. 

– Brass wire for static-free cleaning – softer than steel, brass brushes can clean unfinished metal parts, such as threads, connecting terminals and small engine parts, without damaging the surface or fine features. Ideal for cleaning electrical components or in environments where generating a spark would be a hazard. For use with various solvents designed to remove powder, lead, carbon deposits and rust.

– Nylon for durability and chemical resilience – the softest option – perfect for cleaning sensitive or delicate surfaces that could be damaged by metal bristles. Suitable for tasks around the house like cleaning shower door tracks, stove tops, grout, tiles and sinks. Highly resistant to chemicals, oils and solvents, making them durable for industrial or janitorial tasks involving cleaning agents. Can also be used for detailing vehicle interiors, such as dusting and removing debris from door panels, dashboards and air vents –  in both wet and dry cleaning applications.
