These larding and lacing needles are used to improve the flavour and texture of lean meats by inserting strips of fat, such as lardons or herbs, and for stitching meat to maintain shape and improve presentation.
The needles are used to stitch together or “lace” various ingredients in dishes, helping the food maintain its shape and preventing it from falling apart during cooking. Also used to thread strips of herbs or other flavourful ingredients through the meat, infusing it with additional taste.
These 8″ high quality, durable stainless steel needles are designed to easily pierce thick cuts of meat.
