This 110mm steak/utility knife excels at cutting steak pieces, as well as hard and crusty items, such as small loaves of bread and foods with hard exterior and soft interior, like tomatoes, oranges, grapefruits and pineapples. The serrated edge easily saws through crusts without crushing the soft interior.

Blade is forged and polished, made of  X50CrMoV15 carbon steel alloy for retained sharpness and corrosion-resistance.

A special manufacturing process ensures that the blade and handle are firmly joined together without any gaps – resistant to grease and dirt – making the knife perfectly hygienic.

Full plastic handle is soft and lightweight for comfort, and allows good grip for accurate and efficient cutting.
