Professional, Uncomplicated, that’s the ProDynamic series – premium knives that can be used in all cooking areas and feature a very sharp stainless steel blade with a hygienic solid plastic handle. Compliant with HACCP guidelines.

Primarily used for slicing fish, particularly salmon – to produce thin, delicate and uniform slices and for portioning fish into fillets or steaks.  Granton blade (dimples on the blade) create air cushions between the blade and the food being sliced – reducing friction and preventing the food from sticking to the blade – for a smoother cutting experience. The flexible blade allows for manoeuvrability under the skin and through the flesh of fish.

Blade is forged and polished, made of  X50CrMoV15 carbon steel alloy for retained sharpness and corrosion-resistance.

Full plastic handle is soft and lightweight for comfort, and allows good grip for accurate and efficient cutting.
