FRIEDR. DICK ERGOGRIP Carbon Steel Boning Knife – Stiff Curved Blade 150mm
Item Code: 8299115 / 2539517
Description
The boning knives from our ErgoGrip series are uncompromising in ergonomics and sharpness – used to cleanly separate the bone from the meat, a process known as boning. Also used for skinning meat and poultry and cutting through tendons. Hardly any other knife is subjected to such stress and strain as a boning knife. Held like a dagger and guided along the bone so that the meat is removed cleanly and evenly.
Blade is forged and polished, made of high quality X50CrMo14 carbon steel alloy for retained sharpness and corrosion-resistance.
Stiff, curved blade provide control for precise cuts, making it ideal for professional butchers, hunters and cooks working with meat, poultry and fish.
Blade and plastic handle are connected without gaps, so the handle does not absorb grease nor dirt – easy to clean and resistant to heat, shocks and abrasion.
Special emphasis on optimising the weight distribution between the blade and the handle so that the knife feels light and comfortable in your hand.
Ergonomic handle design reduces fatigue, ensures good grip and comes with extra-wide thumb rest and finger guard for safety.
Blade length 150mm. Total length 280mm. 110g.
