FRIEDR. DICK Carbon Steel Sausage Fork 150mm

A versatile two-prong tool used to hold, lift, turn and distribute sausages and other meats during food preparation, carving and serving. Perfect also for tasks like piercing sausage casings, checking for doneness and securely holding meat in place for precise slicing in a commercial kitchen or home environment. 

Prongs are forged and polished, made of high quality X50CrMoV15 carbon steel alloy for retained sharpness and corrosion-resistance.

Long prongs hold food firmly in place.

Ergonomic handle allows a firm grip and is riveted to the blade without gaps to ensure hygiene.
