The “1905” series with its exclusive classic design is impressive. A fork used to hold meat and poultry securely in place while carving, allowing for clean, precise slices without crushing the meat. Can also be used to turn food, serve meat and check doneness.

Prongs are forged and polished, made of high quality X50CrMoV15 carbon steel alloy for retained sharpness and corrosion-resistance.

Unique design of steel rings which alternate with high-quality and resistant plastic without gaps – for hygiene.

Long prongs hold food firmly in place during slicing.
