Square mould in coated iron enables you to make many desserts.

The mould reaches high temperatures, with even heat diffusion and uniform cooking, enabling the juices to caramelise.

PFOA-free, PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning.

Grease the mould before use. Traditional oven cooking up to 220°C (460°F).

Do not use metal objects in the mould.

Care: wash by hand with non-abrasive sponge.
