Description

Rounded edge cake mould made of coated iron ensures durability, quick heating, even heat distribution and uniform cooking.

Perfect for classic rectangular cakes, loaf cakes, marble cakes, tarts, savoury cakes and quiches. The sharp corners and flat edge are ideal for traditional, golden cakes. 

Fully watertight and withstands high temperatures (up to 220°C in a conventional oven), ideal for preparation of food involving caramelisation of juices.

PFOA-free, PTFE non-stick coating for easy release of contents and cleaning.

Care: Wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.

Prep: Always grease the mould before filling it with batter for the best results.

Cooking: Bake in a traditional oven at temperatures up to 220°C (428°F).
