This pan from the Force Blue range in iron blued through a surface thermal treatment is ideal for making blinis, one sunny-side up egg, a mini egg scramble, a breakfast sandwich or a perfectly round pancake.

Intended for frequent and intense use and only become better and more stick-resistant with time. (The pan will go from grey to black—the darker it is, the more non-stick.)
