Description
These jars are part of the iconic Fido collection, which includes several formats for storing and serving food.
Made of fully tempered glass which is 2.5× stronger than regular glass.
Fido storage jars have an airtight bail & seal closures to hermetically seal out air and moisture. Replaceable rubber gasket.
Suitable for domestic vacuum storage through pasteurization and for double boiler cooking. NOT suitable for microwave cooking.
The larger formats are ideal for fermentation while the smaller capacities are suitable for serving and storing original desserts and finger food.
It is recommended to remove the metal ring and the gasket before placing the glass in the dishwasher.
Wash the seal by hand without detergents. Do not put the seal in contact with 100% fat foods.
