For precise and effortless slicing of tomatoes. Its serrated edge allows it to easily pierce the skin of a tomato without crushing the pulp. Also suitable for tasks like peeling and coring. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
