The ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series has a wide, smooth-edged and multifunctional blade.

Primarily used for flipping, lifting and turning food items during cooking. Designed for both professional and home cooks, offering a durable and comfortable tool for everyday kitchen tasks. Can also be used for tasks like serving and portioning. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
