Description
The ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series has a wide, smooth-edged and multifunctional blade.
A versatile kitchen tool useful for a variety of tasks beyond just turning food. Primary uses include mixing, scraping, flipping and spreading frosting on cakes, creating smooth, level finishes and serving cake and pie slices. Its flexibility also makes it suitable for working with various pastry doughs, turn cutlets and lift cookies from baking sheets.
Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
