Description

The ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series has a wide, smooth-edged and multifunctional blade.

Designed for filleting and preparing sole and other flatfish. Long flexible blade ensures precise and efficient cutting, separating the flesh from the bones and skin.

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
