The Santoku knife is an all-purpose Japanese knife, adept at slicing, dicing and mincing. The name Santoku means ‘three virtues’ for the ability to cut fish, meat and vegetables equally well.

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
