ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series SS Salmon Slicer 300mm

The ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series has a wide, smooth-edged and multifunctional blade.

Primarily designed for slicing salmon, whether fresh, smoked or gravlax into thin, even portions. Long, narrow, flexible blade with a Granton edge (a series of shallow indentations) helps prevent slices from sticking to the blade. This knife is also useful for dividing cake bases and slicing ham into very thin pieces. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
