Curved blade with a sharp point designed specially for peeling and trimming fruits and vegetables, such as potatoes, apples, carrots and citrus fruits – to trim away blemishes, eyes or other imperfections from produce.

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
