The ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series has a wide, smooth-edged and multifunctional blade.

For slicing ham and other large cuts of meat. The long, thin, flexible blade ensure the precise cutting of thin, even slices, especially from Iberian ham and Spanish Serrano ham. Beyond ham, it can be used for slicing other meats like roast beef, turkey and even fruits like watermelons. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
