ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series SS Carving Fork 160mm

Primarily used for securing meat while carving or slicing with a carving knife. Also used for transferring cooked meat from pan to a cutting board or for serving.

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness. Here, the blade is fashioned into 2 prongs which effectively pierce and hold foods without unduly damaging them. The two long, sharp tines allow you to firmly grip and hold meat in place while you carve it, preventing it from slipping or moving. 

Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
