Description

Nitrum stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness. Here, the blade is fashioned into 2 prongs which effectively pierce and hold foods without unduly damaging them.

Polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures -40C to 150C.

Handle is Bacteriproof-treated, reducing presence of bacteria, mould and fungi by 99.9%.
