Description
The ARCOS UNIVERSAL Series has a wide, smooth-edged and multifunctional blade.
Designed for slicing bread and baked goods with a hard crust and soft interior. The serrated edge saw through the crust without damaging the soft interior.
Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
Ergonomic 3-rivet polyoxymethylene (POM) grip withstands temperatures -40°C to 150°C
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
