The ARCOS steak knife 372900, part of the ARCOS Genova series, is designed for cutting meat, particularly steaks, at the dining table.

While designed for the table, it can also be used for some basic food preparation tasks. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
