ARCOS SS Wide Blade Steak Knife w/PP Handle 230mm

Designed primarily to slice steak and other cooked meat. The serrated blade easily cuts through the fibres of cooked beef, pork, or lamb ensuring clean and efficient slicing. 

Blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

It has a lightweight and ergonomic design which adapts to the shape of the hand.
