Used as a general table knife for cutting food during meals. The serrated edge makes clean cuts without tearing the meat, and the pointed tip allows for easy maneuvering around bones. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
