Description

Designed primarily for cutting steak and other cooked meat. The serrated blade is designed to cut through the fibres of cooked beef, pork or lamb. Beyond steaks, it can handle roasts, poultry, and certain vegetables or fruits with firm skins. 

Made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Pearlised edge does not require sharpening.

Blade is securely fixed to a lightweight beechwood handle with 2 stainless steel rivets.
