The ideal tool for slicing or dicing chicken are these chicken shears which are a multi-functional tool with non-slip handles and thimbles.

The primary function is to easily cut through the bones and joints of chickens, turkeys and other poultry and trimming fat.

Very effective for spatchcocking (butterflying) poultry, which involves cutting along the backbone to flatten the bird for even cooking. 

Blades made of stainless steel with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness, with a smooth edge on the right side and a thorn edge on the left side.

It has a curved line for easy bone breaking.

PP and elastomer handle with thimbles is non-slip, highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
