Designed to efficiently and safely peel potatoes, but also suitable for peeling other produce, like apples, pears, carrots, turnips and cucumbers.

Can be used to create thin ribbons or slices of vegetables like zucchini, cucumbers, and carrots, which can then be used in salads or as garnishes. 

Blade made of stainless steel with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
