Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Its pointed tip allows precision work like piercing, detail work and even slicing in tight spaces.

While not a kitchen knife, it can be used for light food prep like slicing fruit or vegetables, for getting under the tape or flap of a package, whittling, carving or making small repairs.

PP handle is non-slip, highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Handle has a centre groove which the blade folds into and serves as a cover.

A small part of the blade is visible and easy to unfold for use.
