ARCOS SS Lemon Grater 40mm

Primarily used to extract zest from citrus fruits like lemons, limes and oranges. This zest, the outer coloured part of the peel, is used to add flavour to a variety of dishes, including baked goods, cocktails and marinades.

Blade is made of stainless steel, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Beyond citrus fruits, it can also be used to grate hard cheeses like Parmesan and even to grate ingredients like ginger, garlic, nutmeg, and chocolate.
