The ARCOS stainless steel ham holder has a rotating bushing for better positioning of the ham – allows adjustment of the meat in different positions so you can cut the ham just the way you need it.
The parts that stay in contact with the ham are made of stainless steel.
The parts that do not touch the ham are made of steel with a chrome finish.
Base is polyethylene, which makes it resistant to corrosion, humidity, chemical agents and prevents the proliferation of bacteria, maintaining proper hygiene in the kitchen.
Measuring 530 × 386 × 190mm, it is suitable for large pieces of ham.
