Features a blade made from NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Double serrated blade for efficient slicing of frozen food.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
