ARCOS SS Decorator Knife 75mm

The Decorating Knife is primarily used for creating decorative cuts and patterns on fruits, vegetables, and other food items. It is also suitable for precision work like peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetables, as well as for making decorative garnishes. 

The stainless steel blade is designed with triangular notches that creates attractive patterns when cutting into the skin or flesh of fruits and vegetables. This is ideal for making dishes more visually appealing. 

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
