A cheese plane lets you cut wafer thin slices of cheese – great for salads, cheese and crackers, or just a quick snack! Suitable for slicing both soft-textured cheeses and hard, aged cheeses.

Wide blade made of stainless steel, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Concave design with an elongated smooth edge for slicing.

Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
