Description
The ARCOS SILEX Series has a forged blade of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.
Features a serrated knife edge to make cutting and slicing easier.
Made with the domestic chef in mind. Light yet durable, and perfect for everyday use.
Ergonomic Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
Available in 130mm (57g) and 180mm (108g).
