The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.

The micro-serrated edge of this chef’s knife can also be used to slice bread without crushing it. 

Ergonomic Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
