The ARCOS SILEX Series has a forged blade of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.

The long, micro-serrated blade is designed for effortlessly slicing (with a sawing motion) crusty loaves with soft interiors, without tearing.

Beyond bread, this knife can also be used for other foods like cakes, pastries and even some vegetables and cheeses. 

Ergonomic Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
