The European design award-winning ARCOS SAETA Series is characterised by the jointless, continuous blade and handle which are forged from a single piece of Nitrum stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
Long, thin, flexible blade for greater maneuverability and functionality.
Granton (dimpled) blade improves slicing performance especially with moist or clingy food.
Polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures -40C to 150C.
