A versatile tool for various kitchen tasks, particularly those involving meat and vegetables. It is commonly used for chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing, making it suitable for preparing a wide range of ingredients. 

Polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures -40C° to 150°C.
